| For this purpose, the Company decides: |

To ensure providing for safe practices in ship operation and a safe working environment; |

To establish safeguards against all identified risks; |
| ¡¤ |
To continuously improve safety management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ships,including preparing for emergencies related both to safety and environmental protection; |

To implement mandatory conventions, rules and regulations, and the codes, guidelines, standards recommended by IMO, Administrations, classification societies and maritime industry organizations, as adopted by the Company, so as to ensure normal operations both ashore and aboard ships; |

To define the responsibilities and authorities of the personnel relating to the Company SMS and their relationship between each other;

6.To maintain effective implementation of the Company SMS so as to achieve the objective of the Company's safety and environmental protection policy: |

Achieve safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular, to the marine environment, and to property.

| All personnel of the Company relating to SMS must keep in mind the policy, understand the policy, follow the policy, continuously and effectively implement the Company SMS, and continuously improve the safety management level of the Company. |
